Dahi Ka Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups of thick curd
1/2 cup chopped onion
Green Chillies - 2
Corn flour - 1tbsp
Gram Flour - 1tbsp
Chopped ginger - little
Coriander powder - 1tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2tsp
Red chilli flakes - 1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Grated Cheese - 75gm
Oil - 1tsbp

Method to prepare Dahi ka kabab:

1. Take a clean cloth, add curd and tie it. Hang it in a hygienic place and let the water drains from it completely. Leave it for an hour or so.
2. Once all the water drains, transfer the thick curd to a bowl.
3. Add little coriander powder, pepper powder, red chilli flakes, corn flour,gram flour. add salt to taste. Make it as soft dough. Adjust corn flour/gram flour to remove wetness. Once dough is ready, keep it aside.
4. Now we are going to prepare the stuffings, which will be placed inside the dough. Take another bowl, add chopped onion, ginger, cheese, coriander powder, red chilli flakes, green chillies. Add salt to taste. Mix thoroughly and make it as thick stuffing.
5. Take small lemon size of dough and make it round. Now stuff it with the mixture and close the edges to make it as perfect round.
6. Like this make all the dough one by one and keep it in a tray ready for making kabab.
7. Heat a pan with very little amount of oil. Once oil is heated, place the kabab two at a time and shallow fry it.
8. Keep the flame in low and let it get fried on both sides until it reaches golden colour.
9. Repeat the procedure for all to make as hot Dahi Ka Kabab.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
