Broccoli Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

Medium size broccoli - 2
Chopped onion - 1/2 cup
garlic - 10
mixed herbs - 1tsp
ghee - 1tsp
oil - 1tsp
salt & pepper - to taste

Method to prepare broccoli soup

1. Remove the broccoli florets and wash it to clean.
2. put the florets in a blender and let it blend for some seconds.
3.Boil the powdered florets for 10-15 minutes. meanwhile heat oil in a pan and add garlic followed by onion and herbs. fry it till raw smell goes out. keep it aside to get cool.
4. Blend the onion garlic mixture to fine paste.
5. Heat ghee in a pan and add broccoli paste along with blended onion garlic.
6. with simmer flame let it boil for 10-15 minutes. check for salt and pepper.

Delicious n healthy broccoli soup is ready. Serve hot.

Spring Onion Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

Spring Onion - 1 Bunch (chopped 1/2 inch size)
1 Potato - chopped
5 Garlic - chopped
1/2 cup of green peas.
1 cube of butter
1 tsp - pepper powder (as per taste)
Salt for taste

Steps to make Spring Onion Soup:

1. Wash the vegetables mentioned above and chop it.
2. Heat pan and add butter. Once heated add the garlic pieces. Fry till it loses raw smell and then add the chopped spring onion.
3. Keep the stove in simmer and fry for few minutes.
4. Add chopped potato and fry well. Pressure cook the fried items by adding little water to it.
5. Also separately pressure the grean peas.
6. Once it is done, cool the cooked items (except peas) and then blend to fine paste.
5. Heat pan again and add the blended paste, add the cooked peas. Let it get cooked for 5-10 minutes. Add salt and pepper powder for taste.
6. If it is getting too thick, add little water to it to make soup consistency.
7. Finally add little ghee/butter to it as per your wish.
8. Hot Spring Onion soup is ready now.

Note : I have not added corn flour. If you wish you can go ahead.
