Mullu Murukku Recipe

Ingredients:
Rice flour - 2cups
Moong dal flour - 1/2 cup
Urad dal flour - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1 piece
Red chilli powder - 1tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method to prepare mullu murukku

1. Mix the above mentioned flour with salt, red chilli powder, butter and add water to make soft dough.
2. use murukku mould and in a plastic sheet make murukku rolls one by one.
3. heat oil in a pan and add murukku rolls by sequence.
4. fry it in medium flame till it gets golden brown colour.
Store it in an air tight container.
