Bhindi 65 Recipe
Ingredients:
Bhindi/okra/vendaikkai - 250gms
Corn flour - 3tbsp
Rice flour- 1tbsp
Maida/All purpose flour - 1 1/2tbsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/4tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 1/2tsp
Chaat Masala Powder - 1/4tsp
Oil for frying
Salt - as required
lemon - small piece
Method to prepare Bhindi 65
1. Take a medium size bowl and add all the ingredients except bhindi & oil.
2. Wash the bhindi and slit lengthwise. It can be sliced into different sizes as per wish.
3. Mix all the ingredients and add sufficient amount of water to make as a thick paste.
4. Now add the sliced bhindi into the paste and mix thoroughly. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
5. Take a pan and heat oil in it. Once the oil gets heated, put the bhindi pieces row by row.
6. Fry the bhindi till it gets golden brown colour. Do not overfry as it may lose its flavour/taste.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle some lemon juice on top of it
8. Bhindi 65 is ready for evening snacks. Try out this easy recipe in your home and enjoy.
