Onion Pakoda Recipe

Ingredients:

Besan/Gram flour - 1cup
Rice Flour - 1tsp
Chopped Onion (cut lengthwise) - 1cup
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Curry leaves -few
Red Chilli Powder - 1tbsp
Green Chillies  - 4(chopped)
Chopped ginger - few

Method to prepare onion pakoda:

1. Take a medium size bowl and add all ingredients except oil and mix thoroughly.

2. Add sufficient water and make thick paste.

3. Heat oil in a pan and add pakoda paste in batches. Fry till it gets golden brown colour.

4. Serve hot with tomato sauce. Onion pakoda is ready and try this delicious snack in your home.
