Cauliflower Fry

Ingredients:

Cauliflower - 1/2
Tomato -1 (sliced)
Onion - 1 (sliced)
Garlic - 4 pieces
Ginger - 2 pieces
Green Chillies - 3
Chilli powder - 1 tbl spoon
Ghee/Oil
Salt for taste
Curry leaves/coriander leaves

Method:

First slice cauliflower and boil it in hot water for 10minutes. 
Heat oil/ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds, turmeric powder, sliced onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic and fry till it turns brown.
Then add sliced tomato and cauliflower. 
Fry it well and then add salt, chilli powder & coriander leaves. 
It can be served as a tasty side dish for any rice variety.
